LMG Life Sciences is pleased to announce that 2022 rankings and awards research for the Americas region has now commenced. The research team will now begin accepting firm submissions up to the June 1, 2022 deadline (download the research form here). We are using a new platform to upload submissions this year. Please read the first FAQ below for details.
As part of the research process, our team will also be conducting interviews from early May to June. Please contact us if you would like to coordinate and book interviews ahead of the start date in May.

How will I upload the firm submission once complete?
2022 marks the official launch of Euromoney's Accreditation Portal. With thousands of submissions every year across our research products, this new submissions portal has been designed to allow firms and external providers of law firm business development or marketing to submit for multiple jurisdictions in a user-friendly way.
To start using the portal, create an account at the link below. Once your account has been confirmed, you can start uploading your submissions for the LMG Life Sciences 2022 research cycle when the form is completed.

How can I fill out the firm questionnaire and where do I submit?
The 2022 firm questionnaire template can be downloaded here. Once completed, the questionnaire can be submitted through our new Accrediation Portal. This portal will require you to sign in or create a new account if you have not already for other related research brands.
Why is it important for firms to participate each year?
The least we expect from firms each year is firm questionnaire and client referees submissions. Regardless of whether your firm is currently ranked or not, it is imperative to submit these each year because everything we publish is subject to change. We believe that annual participation demonstrates that your firm’s life sciences practice is credible and active.
Furthermore, we may find information in your submission which may positively influence our decision when considering firms for the rankings, IP stars lists and awards.
Is there a fee to pay or cost to participate in your research?
None at all.
Which jurisdictions are included in the research this year?
This research launch is focused on the United States and Canadian life sciences markets. We also now cover the European life sciences market, which is conducted through a separate research period beginning in the Fall. When is the questionnaire due?
Firm questionnaires are due on June 1, 2022.
When do you start your interviews?
The research team will begin taking interview requests as soon as research launches on March 24, and can be scheduled for a time slot in May or June. If your firm prefers to select interviewees internally, please notify chris.adams@euromoneyny.com before April 22, otherwise researchers may begin contacting individuals directly. Upon notification we will then coordinate through the main firm contact, instead of reaching out to your partners directly via the upcoming interview request email campaign.
Due to the volume of firms we interact with, we can allow up to 4 partner interviews maximum.
When and where will you publish the 2022 firm rankings and other results?
Firm rankings, attorney rankings and analysis from the 2022 research cycle will be published online in late September. The LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards results will also be announced on September 8 at an in-person ceremony in New York.
Can you briefly explain the research process?
Our methodology for the firm rankings, stars lists and awards is based on a weighted system of peer, client and firm feedback, combined with an independent review of all information obtained including firm questionnaires and publicly available information.
